Additional Information
- Direct VRS Invites to Closed Qualifier (4 Rosters) and Main Event Group Stage (4 Rosters) will be based on a filtered VRS list starting from rank 13 on the Global VRS list.
- To be included in the filtered VRS list, the Roster must consist of a minimum of five (5) Athletes with Swedish citizenship.
- A total of 8 Rosters will be subject to a Direct VRS Invite. 4 Rosters will be directly invited to the Closed Qualifier and 4 Rosters will be directly invited to the Main Event Group Stage.
- In the event that there are fewer eligible VRS rosters than the number of announced Direct VRS Invites, the empty slots will be filled through additional Open Qualifiers.
- The Invitation Date for Svenska CS-ligan is 5th of May.
- The VRS publication date from which Direct VRS invites will be issued is 4th of May.
- The VRS publication date which will be used for seeding the Main Event will be based on the VRS ranking of 1st of June.
- The VISA region for Svenska Cupen is Europe and the European Union and therefore the Schengen Union.
- The tournament consists of:
- Four (4) Open Qualifiers played in a single elimination format online.
- One (1) Closed Qualifier played in a round-robin format, where all teams face each other once online. A total of four teams advance to the next stage.
- The Main Tournament, which includes:
- A group stage featuring two GSL groups with four teams in each group played online. Two teams from each group advance to the LAN Playoffs.
- A double elimination playoff bracket played on LAN.
- The prize pool of Svenska Cupen is 100 000 SEK. The prize pool is distributed as follows:
- 1: 40 000 SEK
- 2: 20 000 SEK
- 3: 12 500 SEK
- 4: 8 000 SEK
- 5-6: 6 000 SEK
- 7-8: 4 000 SEK
- Travel, accommodation, and meals for the Rosters participating in the LAN playoffs portion of the tournament are covered by the tournament organizer, five players and one coach per qualified roster.
- There is no other compensation to Teams or Players except the Prize Pool (described above).
Integrity and Conduct of Rules
- Fragbite reserves the right to decline team and players participation that have VAC banned accounts or other integrity reports.
- Fragbite reserves the right to decline a participant (and therefore their entire team) or ban a player or team if Fragbite receives information from third-party integrity partners, including but not limited to ESIC, Oddin, and GRID, or from other tournament organizers, including but not limited to EFG, BLAST, PGL, and CCT, indicating that a player or team has participated in match-fixing, cheating, or any similar activity leading up to the event.
- Fragbite reserves the right to reject teams to participate that have any ownership affiliation with Fragbite AB or other affiliated companies to Fragbite AB.
- Fragbite AB reserves the right to decline/reject sign-ups where a Team is owned by the same organization as the other Team. Fragbite won’t allow Team Organizations to sign up two teams owned by the same entity or be heavily associated as Academy team of the Main team.
